Projects

Buildings account for 37% of the world’s energy consumption and are the largest contributor to carbon emission and hence climate change. Human beings now spend over 90% of their time indoors, making building environments a significant influencer to occupant health and wellbeing.

The core value of green sustainable architecture lies in the creation of an energy-efficient, healthy, and comfortable building. Not only can carbon emissions and conflicts with the natural environment be reduced, the quality of life can be improved and heightened. Using building simulation as a tool to optimize building design, a cost-effective solution can be achieved.

The climate in Southeast Asia can be categorized as summer, dry and rainy seasons. Buildings consume large amounts of electricity on air conditioning systems. By incorporating the green building design strategies, electricity bills can be significantly reduced as well as lowering the flooding risks.
