Lu Hongda is committed to the combination of medical science and architectural science. During his study at Taipei Medical University, he devoted himself to the research on the general design of the care space for the elderly, exploring the healthy behavior of people in the space. Designed as a research direction, in-depth exploration of the healing power of space on the human body. After entering the industry in 2020, the scope of health and construction will be expanded and implemented to the international WELL healthy building standard, and the goal of well-being and sustainable real estate development will be practiced.

Since becoming a WELL AP, he has not only led the completion of the world's first WELL technology factory mid-term certification project and Taiwan's first WELL mid-term certified healthy building housing project, but also other healthy building counseling cases include commercial office space, long-term care space, education space, compound type Buildings, etc., also engaged in the promotion and education of healthy buildings. In early 2022, it was selected to issue a WELL Faculty certificate by the international WELL Building Institute. So far, only 267 personnel in the world have passed the certification and can implement WELL healthy building education. Through the application and promotion of the ten concepts of the WELL healthy building standard in various building fields, we can improve the quality of life of residents and help companies achieve sustainable development goals such as SDGs, CSR, and ESG.
